5. Artwork and Customer-Supplied Designs
Where customers provide artwork, logos, trademarks, or other materials, they confirm they own the necessary rights or have permission to use them.
Crocus Artisan Engravings accepts no responsibility for any copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-supplied artwork.
We reserve the right to refuse artwork that we believe may infringe intellectual property rights or is unlawful or offensive.

6. Design Proofs
Where design proofs are supplied, it is the customer's responsibility to carefully check:
* Spelling
* Grammar
* Dates
* Names
* Measurements
* Layout
* Overall design
Approval of a proof confirms that the design is correct.
Once approved, we cannot accept responsibility for errors identified after production has commenced.

7. Personalised Products
As the majority of our products are personalised or custom-made to your specification, they are exempt from the standard consumer cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Unless faulty or not as described, personalised products cannot be returned or refunded.

8. Payment
Payment is required as agreed at the time of ordering.
We reserve the right to request full payment before production begins.
For business customers with agreed credit terms, payment must be made by the agreed due date.
Late payments may result in delays to production or delivery.

9. Production Times
Estimated production times are provided in good faith but are estimates only.
Delays caused by suppliers, couriers, equipment failure or circumstances beyond our control shall not make us liable for compensation.

10. Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates.
Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.
Customers should inspect goods promptly and notify us of any damage within 48 hours of receipt.

11. Returns and Faulty Goods
If a product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Where appropriate we will:

* Replace the item
* Offer a refund
We may request photographs before agreeing a resolution.

12. Business Accounts
Business customers may apply for trade accounts.
We reserve the right to approve, refuse, suspend or terminate business accounts at our discretion.
Credit terms, where offered, are subject to separate agreement.

13. Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, logos, photographs, website content, product descriptions and images created by Crocus Artisan Engravings remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customers retain ownership of artwork they supply.

14. Photographs of Our Work
Unless otherwise requested by the customer before production begins, we reserve the right to photograph completed products and use these images for our portfolio, website, and social media.
Where practical, personal information will not be displayed.
Customers may request that their order is excluded from promotional photography.

15. Limitation of Liability
Our liability shall not exceed the value of the goods purchased.
We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or business losses including loss of profits, contracts or goodwill except where required by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
